The Downtown Merced Partnership (DMP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping Downtown Merced clean, safe, vibrant and thriving. They are dedicated to delivering services that support economic growth and enhance the experience of everyone who visits, works or does business downtown.
The San Jose Downtown Association (SJDA) represents over 2,000 businesses, non-profits, and property owners who work collaboratively to enhance the downtown experience. Our mission is to make downtown San Jose vibrant, thriving, and welcoming for everyone.
We achieve this through various initiatives, including the Street Life program, which beautifies public spaces with art and greenery. Our marketing and communications efforts highlight the unique qualities of downtown, while our events and promotions bring the community together. We also ensure a clean and safe environment and support local businesses with streamlined permitting and regulatory guidance.
Together, we make downtown San Jose a better place to live, work and play.

Marketing – Create, promote, and enhance the downtown experience.
Events – Produce special events to bring more people downtown.
Advocacy – Provide a unified voice to represent and promote the shared needs and concerns of the downtown.
